Smile - Avril Lavigne

Song of The Month!

Smile
By Avril Lavigne

I'm loving this song at the moment! Avril Lavigne's always been one of my favourite singers, she always has great messages in her songs and she's very out there. Her style is very unique and I love the fact that she just doesn't care what people think!
Her music is really good and I love her music videos. I've been a fan since I was like six or something. She's a great role model, because she doesn't care what people think, but she isn't s*utty or anything like that.
I hope she has a lot more albums to come and hope she has many more years of making amazing music and being a great role model.
Personality wise, she's also amazing because if you've ever seen any interview of her, you can see that she's very care free and funny. She seems like a great person, all of you other Avril fans out there probably think so too. I think more people should listen to her music, she's amazing! A lot of people don't like her because of some of the things she's done, but honestly she hasn't done anything wrong. She's just being herself and doing what she loves to do. Plus, she doesn't care if people don't like her music. If you don't like it, why are you listening to it?
What do you think?

A Day to Remember (2003)

A Day to Remember

A great American metal core/pop punk band I've been listening to for the last year or so. I love their music, they always have a great beat, a great message, and I love Jeremy McKinnon's voice. Their albums are always amazing and I love the songs they write because of the message they get across and just how good they sound, it's my kind of music! A lot of people didn't think their type of music was going to work, a lot of people still don't, but they made it work enough to get thousands of fans. I think they're amazing and more people should check out their music! They have four albums out, and they are

Pacific Rim Movie Review

   Pacific Rim (2013)

Description:
Pacific Rim is a movie set in the nearby future where monsters humans have named Kaiju attack the earth, but humans manage fight back using giant robots named Jaeger. Raleigh Becket was once a pilot of the Jaeger Gypsy Danger, until his brother died fighting along side him, after that he went into building walls to defend cities from the Kaiju, but then Commander Pentecost wants him back on the team, leading Raleigh into some of his toughest fights yet. . .

Review:
I really enjoyed Pacific Rim, it's not often you see a Sci-fi, giant robot, action film that looks as realistic as this one. The story was well written and it was amazing to see Mako's and Pentecost's story join together without their type of relationship being completely obvious. To be honest the only bad part of the movie was the credits cut-scene, it was unnecessary and added an irritating humor. A part from that it was a great movie, definitely one worth watching. If you've seen it, did you enjoy it as much as I did?

But that's my opinion, see for yourself!
Ciao!
